Every Pori and Beyond Safaris journey is planned around your dates, group and travel preferences. This policy explains the booking process; your individual quotation and booking confirmation remain the controlling documents for your trip.
Making an enquiry
Send us your travel ideas, approximate dates and group details. We will prepare a tailored proposal that describes the route, proposed accommodation, services, inclusions, exclusions, price, currency and payment schedule.
Confirming your journey
A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the deposit or full payment stated in the quotation. Lodges, flights, permits and peak-season services may require earlier payment or have non-refundable conditions; these will be identified in the documents for your journey.
Traveller information
Provide names exactly as shown on travel documents, as well as information needed for reservations, transfers, permits or support. Tell us about essential dietary, mobility or medical considerations early so we can check what can be arranged. We may not be able to guarantee a request until a supplier confirms it.
Changes after confirmation
We will try to accommodate requested changes. They are subject to availability and may result in a supplier fee, permit amendment, fare difference, revised itinerary or changed payment schedule.
Before departure
Check your final itinerary, passport validity, visas, health requirements, flights and travel insurance. Keep your confirmation, emergency contacts and insurance details with your travel documents.
