These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotations and travel arrangements supplied by Pori and Beyond Safaris. Your written quotation and booking confirmation set out the services, dates, price, inclusions, exclusions and supplier conditions for your own journey. Please read them carefully before you confirm.
Quotes and confirmations
A quotation is an invitation to book and does not reserve accommodation, transport, permits or activities. Availability and prices may change until we confirm the arrangements in writing and receive the payment stated in your booking documents.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller, passport, health, dietary, accessibility and contact information in time for the arrangements to be made. You must hold valid travel documents, meet entry requirements, follow lawful safety instructions and act in a way that does not endanger people, wildlife, property or local communities.
Changes and events outside our control
Safari plans can be affected by weather, road conditions, park rules, wildlife movements, supplier availability, flight disruption or other events outside reasonable control. Where practical, we will propose a suitable alternative. Any resulting price difference or supplier charge will be explained before a change is confirmed.
Independent suppliers and safari risk
Accommodation, airlines, transport providers, parks, activity operators and other suppliers may apply their own conditions. Safari travel also involves inherent risks and changing conditions. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
