Protecting your booking information matters to us. Use the payment instructions sent through your established conversation with Pori and Beyond Safaris and keep a copy of your quotation and invoice.
Verify unexpected changes
If a bank account, payment method, recipient name or payment deadline changes unexpectedly, pause before making a payment. Contact our team through a phone number or email address you already know to verify the change.
Keep information secure
Do not send full card numbers, passwords, one-time codes or identity documents through ordinary email, messaging apps or social media. Only provide information that has been requested through an approved payment process.
Use your booking reference
Include the booking reference shown on your invoice so that funds can be matched to the correct journey. Keep your payment receipt until the booking team confirms that payment has been received.
Report a concern
If you believe a message may be fraudulent, do not reply to it or make a payment. Send the details to us using the contact form so the team can review them.
