Wildlife and protected places
Follow the directions of your guide and park authorities at all times. Keep a safe distance from animals, do not feed or disturb wildlife, stay within permitted areas and avoid leaving any trace in parks and wild places.
Respect for communities
Dress and behave respectfully when visiting communities, ask before photographing people, and listen to the guidance of local hosts. We encourage purchases and experiences that give fair value to local people and businesses.
Reducing impact
Use water and electricity thoughtfully, minimise single-use plastic, dispose of waste correctly and carry reusable items where practical. Your guide can advise on the local conditions at each stop.
Guest safety and wellbeing
Tell us early about needs that may affect the suitability of an itinerary. Follow guide, vehicle, lodge and activity safety briefings. No itinerary can remove all risks, but good preparation and attentive choices help everyone travel more safely.
