It is long enough to avoid turning Tanzania into a race: the family has two Arusha nights, two Tarangire nights, three Serengeti nights, a Ngorongoro chapter and four Zanzibar nights. The itinerary is designed to feel like one complete holiday. Wildlife days are concentrated in the first part of the trip, while the coast gives the family time to decompress before flying home.
